Here's the quick rundown of the results for the Smash Tournament this past Saturday:

DOUBLES

1st Place - Jesse Werner & Bob Pollack
2nd Place - James Hafner & Drew Scoles
3rd Place - Ameer Smith & Ashley Duban
4th - Quint Willis & Nathan Blevins

I'll have team names up later tonight, some of them evade me right now. Smile

SINGLES

1st Place - James Hafner
2nd Place - Drew Scoles
3rd Place - Jesse Werner
4th Place - Bob Pollack

These participants shared in almost $1,000 in cash and prizes, and we had a huge turnout for both events. 22 teams for doubles, and 32 players for singles!! In both cases, our best turnouts this year, and some of our best turnouts ever.

Keep passing on the word guys, we're doing this again on December 3rd, and I'd love to see even more people here for this one upcoming!

You said you would post us for barely getting 4th in teams and almost placing for the first time. Last time we got like 9th.

Sowwy!! Was going on memory, it's fixed now. And definitely give Ashley some props, she hasn't entered an event in awhile but she still has some serious skills.

And BTW Ameer and Ashley's team was "Ameer and Ashley team" and ours was "Level 9 CPUs" I thought dope was playing with a teammate and they were using "Daterape"

I might be wrong about that though^^

I think you may be right on that ....

Note that I hope next tournament, they refrain from such terms on the game screen. As the halo guys know, I don't really like that word much.

And scoot I'm excited to finally go to a FNL! Whoever Urban Yeti is was gracious enough to let me have a free FNL for the most enthusiastic poster! I just can't afford the weekly entry because I still have to make car payments! But I love my car Smile

I hope Ameer is there and there is a nice Smash station for one on one matches!
