I left a little preemptively, but what an awesome event!

I departed right after the Losers Bracket finals, witnessing a stunning comeback from 3SG in the third of three matches, Slayer on Lockout.

Everyone played well and (aside from the mess I had to clean up, you slobs!) people were well-behaved with little to no whining at all.

When the tournament's over and done with, Scooter will be sending me the required information and all the tournament results will be posted at http://www.gamejunkie.com/halo2_4/winners.html

There will be a complete rundown of teams and members, FFA results, 4v4 results, photos from the event and a complete bracket, showing who played who.

That will all hopefully be up by the end of the day Sunday, May 1st. I'll post here when updated.

stopped in for about 15 mins towards 10-10:30 cause scooter r0x and it was the most calm halo tourny i have ever seen!

We set up an awesome VIP area for the tournament entrants, to munch on donuts and drinks and practice up their skillz before heading out to slaughter.

And they seemed to enjoy it.

We had over 70 people here for the tournament! This place was packed!

Everyone had a grand ol' time!

Thanks to everyone who attended the tourney. You really helped make this a great tournament. I am definitely looking forward to the next Halo event.

I hope everyone had an excellet time. Tell us what you liked and what we can improve in the futre. Our goal is to host the best Video Game tournaments in the midwest.

So please tell eveyone you know about how much the tournaments at GJ rock.

All I have to say is rosie,gordie,fozz,and other kid are lucky me bryan and kenny didnt go or we would of taken the money.... WOW how does 3sG lose?????????????, oh yea what thehell is that on your arms gordie aids?

the definite highlight of the tourney was seeing JT money (damien) nade potts out of mid BR room on lockout and having "coach dad sucks (saget)"
take his face after a 15 minute standoff.

take whos face ben? ... i wasnt the one who got sniped man... and yeah congratulations to 3sG on beating us by one (50-49) after 7 mins of camping by both teams... too bad you got lucky and we decided to go ahead and even compete that day after finding out that our 4th man had to drop out at the last sec. ... we went ahead and played with someone who we knew was alright but it wasnt like having our real fourth... so a 50-49 win vs a team down a man (4v3) isnt really anything to brag about... dont worry nobody else really knows how bad you guys are ... just me Wink
